The Catalina 355 is an extremely popular model which gives the feel of a much larger boat. The high freeboard and wide beam create expansive interior volume for this 2-cabin, 1-head boat. The spacious cockpit, wide side decks, walk-through transom allow for ease of movement throughout the vessel, with all sail handling from the cockpit. The interior is light and well appointed; the flexibility in the salon layout is creates options for added guests if necessary. The port settee can convert to a 2-seat/cocktail table arrangement, while the dining table has leaves that fold out to form a full-size table and drops down to form a double berth. The Ultraleather upholstery, the inner spring mattresses, the above counter vessel basin & freshwater flush electric head, add a touch of class.
Solstice is a very clean Catalina 355 which has spent most of its life on the Chesapeake Bay, apart from a summer in Maine and a Delmarva circumnavigation. Her low engine hours and light use, as well as practical cruising upgrades made by the current owners, make Solstice a ‘must have’.
