Bonnie D is a late model, lightly used, 2-cabin, 1-head Beneteau Oceanis 41. This model was the first of the new generation, hard chine boats. Designed to sail fast and settle to the chine, as well as increase the interior volume. The beam is carried aft, creating a large cockpit with excellent storage. The full-beam, fold down transom was one of the most desirable features of the boat – the first of its kind, soon mimicked by other manufacturers. When at anchor it creates a long swim platform and allows easy access from the water into the cockpit.
Bonnie D has been lovingly looked after and avidly sailed by her owner on the Chesapeake Bay. Bonnie D has the following options and upgrades:
ACCOMMODATIONS:
V berth cabin forward with storage under the bed and on cupboards and shelves either side.
Main salon with U shaped settee to starboard and facing settee to port with adjustable mini chart table. Storage lockers under seats and outboard.
Head with separate shower to starboard. L shaped galley to port with ample counter space, front loading fridge and top loading freezer, propane stove and oven and double sink. Storage lockers above and below.
Storage “pantry/workshop” aft of the galley with inside access to the cockpit locker.
Double aft cabin to starboard. Access to head from cabin
Interior finishes are in Alpi mahogany color with PVC Arredo (off white) fabric in the main salon.
