Latitudes would be an ideal boat for a family or for any six person combination with three cabins and four heads. She has been sailed on US East coast, Canada east coast and Bahamas.
A fast, stable boat to sail, this boat is clean, well maintained, very spacious and comfortable, with a vast amount of storage space, including under the floors. Wonderful cockpit, new bimini, fridge & freezer. Designed for offshore sailing with high bow, tall mast of 68′, oversize rigging, and primary and secondary crash bulkheads.
The current owner has owned her since 2017 and has done numerous upgrades and given the boat constant care and attention. Hull was stripped and had three coats of epoxy in 2018. Numerous upgrades and additions in the past three or so years (see descriptions/full specifications).

Latitudes is Canadian registered and has been imported into the USA.
Latitudes was hauled in Deltaville in May of 2023. Fresh bottom paint, new zincs, oil change, fuel tank refill with biocide added. Latitudes is ready for you to sail her away.
You can immediately see how roomy and bright this boat is as you descend the companionway steps. To your right is the Nav station and forward of that the U shaped settee, table, and bench settee. In the centre is the island with fridge/freezer which extends further forward with worktop and storage underneath.
To port is the in line galley extending all the way forward.
Behind you on each side are two identical aft cabins, each with ensuite toilet and shower.
All the way forward is the large, very large V berth with two head compartments.
Heads: One electric toilet and three are manual.
Huge amounts of storage throughout, including under the floor.
Latitudes has a very large forward cabin with King size berth and has two double ensuite cabins aft , plus a very spacious main living space, so this would make an ideal boat for several couples, or for a family.
The settee can be set up for further berths.

LED Panel is unreadable. Was 2863 hours in 2017 when current owner purchased. Log not kept but he estimates he has added +/- 250 hours.
