The Island Packet 420 is an extremely spacious and comfortable, 2-cabin, 2 head cruising vessel. TILT is a very well maintained and very well equipped version of the IP 420. The galley is large and well appointed with lots of counter space and storage as well as double sink, freezer and fridge, microwave and stove.
To port is the aft cabin with double berth & storage. The aft head is forward of the aft cabin & has an electric flush toilet with fresh & salt water options, basin and shower. The head can be accessed from aft cabin or salon.
The spacious salon has a straight settee to port with extensive storage behind and above. To starboard, the table folds up against the forward bulkhead and there is a settee with an angled seat at the aft end. Between the galley and the settee is the chart table/nav station with electronics and electrical panels. The lid of the nav station has nifty supports that allow it to be horizontal or angled, the chart table chair is on a hydraulic arm that moves in and out with an electrical switch mechanism. Stainless Steel portlights all have Peek-a-Boo blinds.
The forward cabin has storage and a bench seat to port and the double berth to starboard. The berth is angled so that it can be accessed from each side.
The forward head has basin and electric toilet (w/ fresh or salt water option). A partition forward divides the starboard shower compartment from the rest of the head. A locker forward, provides access to the chain locker, with storage behind.
