The Catalina 350 has the feel of a much larger vessel, thanks to the wide beam and the salon layout which maximizes the space down below. The centerline queen berth in the bow is extremely unusual for a boat of this size and an attractive feature. A large cockpit and walk-through transom make it a fabulous family boat with plenty of room for the crew.
Water Lily is a fine example of the popular Catalina 350. The vessel has had 2 owners and has been very well maintained. It has been on the Chesapeake Bay for its entire life, so neither the hull nor the rig has been stressed.

The well appointed galley is to starboard of the companionway. It has Corian countertops, plentiful storage, a double sink that faces forward, stove, top & front-loading refrigerator/freezer.
Access to the aft cabin is to port. This cabin has a queen berth that runs athwartships, with a hatch into the cockpit for ventilation. A large clothing locker is just inside the door.
The salon has a settee, with small dining table to port (a larger dining table is stowed in the aft cabin). The settee has an angled seat at the aft end, that doubles as a nav seat. A removable bench, with cushion, is up against the forward bulkhead. To starboard the seating area consists of 2 ‘chairs’ separated by a small table. The table can be lowered, cushions inserted and set up as a 3 person settee.
Forward of the starboard seating is a hanging locker. Opposite the cabinet is the head, with separate shower area. The head can be accessed from the salon or from the forward cabin.
The forward cabin has a centerline queen berth, with lockers to port and starboard, drawers beneath the bunk and a large hatch overhead.
