BOAT SHOW PRICE ADJUSTMENT!
DON’T MISS OUT ON THIS WELL EQUIPPED BENETEAU 423.

Thinking about going cruising?  Want something that is spacious, well proven and sails well?

Beneteau 423 is an ideal cruising vessel for a couple or a family and Polaris has been put through its paces by her current owners who were full-time cruisers for a year and who set her up with lots of nifty features which make life aboard just a bit easier.

The layout, both on deck and below, allows for good ‘flow’.  The hull shape makes for excellent sailing performance and comfort under way.  With the swim platform and the walk-through transom, access to and from the dinghy and the water is easy; the wide side decks make moving forward a breeze; the large cockpit has enough seating for a good sized crowd and enough storage to satisfy the needs of the hardiest of cruisers.

The interior is light and well ventilated and has a traditional feel thanks to the warmth of the cherry wood cabinetry which contrasts with white headliner and hull sides. The galley is tucked away, to starboard.  It has ample storage and good counter space and its location makes it safe under way.  The nav station and salon/dinette setup provides lots of seating and storage options as well as easy access to fore and aft cabins. The aft head is  conveniently located near the companionway.

Polaris’ owners have given a great deal of thought to items that make life easier or more comfortable while living aboard. These, and other features are:

Fuel polishing system in cockpit locker
Companionway fan
USB outlets throughout the boat
Mosquito netting side curtains in cockpit
Upgraded SeaFrost refrigeration (2019)
Verizon 4G hotspot
Cell Repeater at masthead
Raymarine Electronics suite (2019)
New Salon Cushions (2018)
S/S Sampson post forward of anchor locker
ROCNA 20KG anchor w/ 300′ Chain
Custom Battery Monitoring system (2019)
New AGM Batteries (2019)
LED lights throughout (2019)
100A Balmar alternator
2 x 120W Solar panels w/ regulator
CruiseAir 16K BTU Aircon
Revere LifeRaft (6-person)
Plus a LOT more – see full specifications for details.

Don’t delay coming to see Polaris. This boat is a gem.

Accommodations

The interior wood is a classic  cherry finish, with ‘sea foam’ velour upholstery on custom cushions (2018). The floors are the wood. The interior is very light and well ventilated thanks to hatches and large opening ports as well as skylights in the salon.

The Galley is to starboard as you descend the companionway, it tucks around the corner making an L. It has plenty of work surface and storage.

To port is the guest head and the aft cabin which has new cushion covers (2018). The head can be accessed from salon or aft cabin.  Forward of the head is the nav station with a 2-person  settee butting up against it.  The electrical panels and below decks electronics are arranged within easy access.

The dinette is on the starboard side of the salon, with a curved settee that can sit 5 comfortably and a bench seat amidships, with storage beneath.  The bench doubles as a very convenient foot rest for the port settee.  The table can be lowered to form a double berth

The main cabin is in the bow, with a double, ‘island style’ berth, which can be accessed from either side at the foot.  Storage to port and starboard as well as under the bunk and under a small bench seat to port.  The head, with separate shower stall, is to starboard.
