Latitudes is a fine example of the Hunter 420 Center Cockpit. She is well set up for cruising as the current owners have owned her for 16 years and have cruised her and used her, having sailed the Chesapeake Bay, the East Coast with several voyages to Florida, throughout the Bahamas and up to Maine. Consequently, the systems are in good working order and Latitudes will be a fine live-aboard or cruising vessel for a couple or a family.
The hull is old-school Hunter, fibreglass with Kevlar reinforced leading edge, hardened lead keel and ICW friendly rig. The cockpit is large and has a full enclosure so it can be used as an extension of the salon. The large aft deck has seats built into the stern rail, plenty of space to hang out, davits and an arch for the solar panel array as well as easy access to the water from the aft deck. Side decks are wide and allow comfortable access to the bow when under way.
The salon and galley are spacious and well appointed. Forward cabin has a pullman berth that is comfortable for 2 people & en-suite head. The aft cabin will blow you away – it’s better than a New York apartment! With full standing room, a centerline queen berth, storage down both hulls and an en-suite head. It also has access to the engine room and generator compartment. It’s astonishing.
Latitudes has the following equipment and upgrades and cruising gear:
Airconditioning (2 units)
Cabin heater (engine driven)
Full enclosure w/ screens
Autopilot
Solar panels
Dinghy and outboard
Davits
Outboard motor lift
Generator (6KW)
Inmast furling mainsail
Electric Windlass
Electric winch
Life Raft … and more
She is ready to take you sailing to any latitudes you wish to visit. Make an appointment to come and see this fine vessel.

The salon consists of a dinette to starboard, with a very plush ‘U’-shaped settee. The table drops down to form a third double berth, with a bench seat amidships. A 2-person settee to port sits just forward of the galley.
The spacious, well-appointed galley is to port of the companionway, it has large fridge & freezer, double sink, stove, microwave and plenty of surface area for food preparation.
The chart table is to starboard of the companionway, behind the dinette. Leading aft of the chart table is access to the luxurious aft cabin. It has standing head room, a centerline queen berth that can be accessed from both sides, bedside tables, storage down both hulls and space to move around. The head is on the port side (forward) and amidships is access to the engine compartment (down low) and higher up, there is a hatch that opens into the generator compartment.
Further access to engine compartment and generator is in the short passageway that leads to the aft cabin, as well as from the area below the companionway.
The forward accommodation consists of a pullman berth to starboard, with storage and a settee to port, with the head in the bow.
