Dawn Treader is a 2001 Catalina 400 MKII that displays what makes these boats such great and dependable cruisers.  Comfort and elbow room are amply afforded above and below deck with plenty of entertainment space.  Dawn Treader offers a host of upgrades and features at an awesome value.

Brokers seeking to co-broker this vessel should contact the listing broker about available commission.

Accommodations

Dawn Treader features tons of seating and berth space below deck.  Her V berth sleeps two comfortably with easy access to the forward head.  The large dinette to starboard can comfortably seat your entire dinner party or be converted into a berth for two.  The settee to port provides additional seating while entertaining, or an additional berth for one.  The navigation station with cushioned seat that swings out for use or tucks away when idle makes an incredibly functional space while minimizing footprint.  Dawn Treader’s cavernous aft owner’s cabin features a queen berth that sleeps two, flanked to port and starboard by plush seating and ample storage everywhere you turn.  The current owner has already done you the favor of removing the Raritan ElectroScan from the head in the aft cabin and all plumbing is still in place to replace with a new unit of your choosing.  Aft head features a separate shower, as well.

Galley

The spacious galley is located to starboard as you descend the companionway and features a propane Seaward 3 burner stove and oven.  The ice box provides both top and front-load access and is outfitted with an Adler Barbour refrigeration/freezer system.  Shelving securely mounted from the cabin top adds very functional storage space which helps keep the already ample counterspace in the galley open while cooking or mixing your favorite dockside beverages.  A stainless double sink is positioned close to centerline featuring pressurized hot and cold water as well as a hand pump spigot.  A microwave is tucked aft to starboard of the companionway, under luxurious cabinetry featuring etched glass and plenty of glassware storage.
