A LOT OF BOAT FOR YOUR DOLLARS!

This 1985 44′  Stamas 44 is located in Deltaville, VA.  If you want a safe, solid, classic-looking, go-anywhere boat you want a Stamas 44. Designed by Bob Johnson, of Island Packet fame, the Stamas 44 has the design pedigree of the Island Packet, combined with the building capabilities of the Stamas Brothers of Florida (better known for their power boats than as builders of sailboats).   Perfect Match is one of 25 Stamas 44’s built.  She has had a LOT of fantastic upgrades since the current owner bought her 10 years ago.  She has been actively cruised and is ready to go again.

Accommodations

Interior wood is rich, traditional teak.  The galley is spacious and is to starboard of the companionway, with storage all the way down the starboard hull. To port is the Nav station which is bristling with equipment and forward of that is the dinette.

Step down 2 steps to the forward accommodation, with storage to starboard, access to the head, to port.  The head has a separate shower area and vanity and a door into the V-berth.  The V-berth is large, has lots of storage under the bunk, along the hull sides and at the aft end of the space on either side. There is access to the chain locker at the foot of the bunk.

Behind the Nav station, walk through to the aft cabin.  Engine access is on the midships side of the passageway, storage along the hull. The aft cabin is light, spacious and has yet more storage.  The head is on the forward, starboard side of the space.
