This 1985 Mirage 35 is located in Kilmarnock, VA.  It is a Robert Perry design, fast and fun to sail, all lines lead aft for ease of sail-handling and with the traveller in the cockpit, the crew can respond quickly to any changes in sailing conditions. Canadian-built, the  Mirage boat line was a spin-off from C & C.  Designed as racer-cruisers, they were solidly built, with performance in mind. 

‘Silver Hokie’ is a very clean, well maintained, she has been sailed on the Chesapeake Bay for most of her life.’

Her current owners have done the following upgrades:

Accommodations

The galley is at the base of the companionway, to port. Chart table to starboard. The Quarterberth doubles as the chart table seat and has a back that separates the seat from the rest of the quarterberth. It can be removed when the crew needs to sleep.

The dinette is to port and a straight settee to starboard. Forward of the starboard settee is a large storage closet with the head opposite.  The V-berth can be closed  off with  a door.  It has a large hatch overhead.  On the port wall of the V-berth is a propane water heater, it is not functional.
